Prof. Kyungsoo Oh is a full professor at the College of Pharmacy of Chung-Ang University, and serves as a director of Center for Metareceptome Research, supported by a major center grant from the Ministry of Science and ICT. His research interests are mainly focused on the development of novel synthetic strategies for pharmaceutically important chemical entities as well as anti-cancer drug candidates. He has published extensively in the area of asymmetric catalysis and synthetic methodology, where the new concepts of photochemistry, microwave-chemistry, and electrochemistry are explored in continuous flow chemistry settings.

In July 2025 , Professor Oh will be invited to NITech for Joint Research on Synthetic Utilization of Isocynides hosted by Professor Shuichi Nakamura.
